How to join the NU Rowing Club
Get full use of all the club facilities for as little as £48 per year!
Norwich Union staff can join the club for just £48 a year on top of their Pinebanks membership (currently £3 per month).
Anyone else can join for £96 per year which include your £48 membership of the rowing club and your mandatory membership of Pinebanks Sports and Social Club at a special discounted rate.
We wouldn't expect you to join without having a look around first so, if you're interested, use the Contact Us link and we'll arrange a time for you to come down to the boathouse.
Complete beginners are always welcome so, if you've been thinking about giving rowing a try, why not come down and have a go before you decide whether or not to join?
The club meets regularly on Sunday mornings and, during British Summer Time, on Thursday evenings but we can always sort something out if these times aren't convenient (when you're a member you can use the boats and other facilities whenever you want)

As per ARA regulations, all members must be able to swim 50 metres fully clothed.
